Investigate component cost and weight reduction, and conduct feasibility for packaging electrical components and brackets throughout the vehicle as well as managing development projects, negotiating development & purchasing strategies, and coordinating with other departments, suppliers, and manufacturing.
Ensure equipment is performing effectively & efficiently, analyzing equipment operating data when available Create & maintain process documentation, setup spare parts for production equipment Train personnel on current & new processes/equipment.
The incumbent is responsible for the development and implementation of computer controlled manufacturing processes (such as foundry furnaces, dip lines, autoclave, etc.), and for assuring the accuracy and reliability of those processes.

In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience in Automated Liquid Filling machine packaging engineering role in Food industry; knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improve, and 5S principles.
