Generate attendance, follow-up, and resulting pipeline from marketing events; generate interest and be responsible for overall success of various campaigns that result in services engagements by developing leads and hand off to account managers.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the probe existing customers for lead referrals; provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with questions and subscription issues.
Responsible for product trials and sampling, however, may need to work in conjunction with field Account Sales and Sales Managers to schedule product trials, if Customer requests a sales representative on-site or needs in-servicing.
In this role, The Associate Inside Sales Representative will build a portfolio of perspective clients through lead generation. The Associate Inside Sales Representative will train extensively on the job and set the foundations move into the Inside Sales Representative role.
