Develop / oversee the HR Compliance Repository, ensuring effective maintenance and management.Oversee the monitoring and tracking of HR related federal and state law considerations. Initiate company policy, practice and training changes as appropriate.
The Director of HR partners with the senior management team and is responsible for general human resource management, implementing, directing, and developing growth-enabling platforms for benefits, recruitment, compensation, talent review and succession planning, employee engagement and goal deployment in a union environment.
