The successful candidate will help this globally distributed organization by owning the responsibility for accurate and timely processing of payroll, administration of health benefits for new hires and existing team members, assisting in the processing of vendor invoices, create periodic forecasting for benefits cost changes, and oversee calculation and payment of sales commissions . In this role, you must be comfortable working autonomously and in a fast paced / ever changing environment.
In this role you will evaluate, analyze, and provide input into the design and development of all company compensation programs. The successful candidate will also administers all company compensation programs, including base pay, long and short-term incentive plans.
In this role, you will assist in administration and maintenance of group benefit programs which may include group life, accident and health insurance, retirement, income continuation, leave of absence, wellness and other benefit programs according to, policy, procedures and government regulations.
