The Business Analyst is responsible for understanding the business requirements and defining the appropriate business system solutions. The Analyst will also work directly with the business client, project manager, process modeler, and data modeler to define the business requirements for projects.

In this role, the selected candidate will analyze a variety of network and host-based security appliance logs (Firewalls, NIDS, HIDS, Sys Logs, etc.) to determine the correct remediation actions and escalation paths for each incident.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for Translating the clients' business needs into a viable solution by collaborating with your development group and operations; authoring documentation for project estimates and statements of work.
In this role, you will work with call center leadership team to increase employee productivity by monitoring real-time adherence and metrics and opportunities to improve overall accuracy and productivity through system enhancements, automation of tasks and/or process improvement.
In this role, you will develop new business processes with the focus on improving business performance for the future and is engaged in projects such as version upgrades, functional upgrades and the implementation of Epicor solutions at all current and future sites.
The selected candidate will implement, configure and test solutions to ensure data integrity, and support transaction/data cleanup activities when necessary. Define business requirements for new processes, queries, reports, and enhancements and analyze results.
