In this role you will respond to inquiries and advises employees / plan participants on eligibility, coverage and other benefit matters. Functions as a liaison between vendors, employers or product sponsors and plan participants to resolve moderately complex to complex issues.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the compensation and performance management responsibilities, including: provide employees with a comprehensive salary and benefit package that is competitive with market practices and cost effective for the organization.
The ideal candidate should have experience in both broad-based and executive compensation, a strong track record of conducting market surveys and benchmarking, and a proven skill for compensation design.
Project staffing allows management a greater level of flexibility in selecting an incumbent with the needed level of expertise.
RELATIONSHIP: Reporting relationships will be determined based on the needs of the assigned project.
