This position is responsible for building and enhancing the Automation Framework for our client. As our client continues to grow and enhance their products they are placing a great emphasis on Agile transformation and Automation. The QA Engineer will be at the ground level as our client expands their Agile/Automation Center of Excellence.
In this role, you will assist with building automated test tools for alerting, complete and maintain our Info Log ticketing system for issue tracking to resolution. The selected candidate will work with cross functional teams to achieve the network revenue assurance goals.
In this position, you will collaborate with other members of the engagement team to plan the engagement and develop work program timelines, risk assessments, and other planning documents. Work with the engagement team to document the business processes dependent on information technology. Serve as a fieldwork leader by directing the daily progress of fieldwork, informing supervisors of engagement status, and managing staff performance
