In this role, you will reviews CeTARS and Standard Training Activity Support System (STASS) files; analyze data; report data; and make recommendations for changes to course schedules based on results of analysis for each CSCS activity.
In this role, the selected candidate will evaluate changes (i.e. design enhancements; ordnance and ship alterations; field changes; and computer program changes) to current and future CSCS configurations; hardware; and software and analyze their effects on training; CSCS configurations; facility support systems; training support systems; training equipment (both emulators and simulators); and service needs.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new equipment; interface and through-put requirements resulting from baseline changes to the Surface Navy Combat Systems and ship platforms; determining the most cost- effective implementation of the change.
In this role, you will monitor subcontractor configuration control, requirements management, technical challenges, and cost changes which could negatively impact both the subcontractors and Prime's cost and schedule performance.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for recognizing probable conflicts, integrating diverse data elements and sources, and producing innovative solutions; maintaining and modifying complex systems or developing new subsystems; guiding users in formulating requirements, advising on alternatives and documenting implications of new or revised data processing systems; analyzing project proposals, identifying omissions and errors in requirements; and conducting feasibility studies.
