Administer and implement Labor relations (CBA) through consultation with the Human Resource and Mill Managers; develop annual budgetary proposals standards for cost measurement in collaboration with the Production Manager.
The Industrial/Commercial Superintendent is the field leader of projects who provides on-site field administration/supervision and technical management for all construction operations, including direct supervision of assistants, foreman, subcontractors, and other construction related personnel, directing them in planning, coordination and execution of work on time, within budget, attaining or exceeding profit goals, maintaining a safe work place, promoting and enhancing client relationships and the Company image.
Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of construction workers and subcontractors at the project site to ensure that goals and objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through personnel assigned to assist.
The Power & Recovery Superintendent leads process operations of the Department. This position is responsible of creating a safe work environment, executing and continuously improving the quality, productivity, efficiency and cost of the operation.
Supervises, assigns, coordinates and evaluates semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel according to their skill, experience and job knowledge. Supervises and trains employees to improve quality and quantity of work performed.
