The Associate Medical Device Sales Representative is responsible for marketing and promoting Company products and services, and driving an increase in account receipt values in hospitals and surgery centers.
Establish and build relationships with key personnel at multiple levels in the buying process in order to attain territory sales goals. Build strong channel partner relationships within existing accounts and have the ability to evaluate, appoint and train new channel partners to meet regional business sales objectives.
Develops strategic plans for sales and profit margin growth for assigned component locations, including tracking product line performance against competitors while keeping current on industry trends and product development.
Strong professional presence and high ethical standards of conduct; ability to handle confidential information with great sensitivity; excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, and organizational skills.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted primary care physician groups to maximize new business opportunities, build trust and credibility to become a true collaborator in commercial success.
Demonstrate a mastery of products clinical efficacy, articulate a strong value proposition for the customer, and provide patient and reimbursement support, while meeting or exceeding their sales goals.
Develop a da Vinci® Surgery plan for each surgical team to support independent use of the technology. Drive utilization of the da Vinci® System by collaborating with surgical teams to support usage of the technology
