The Regional Property Manager will assist in the development and monitoring of company policies and procedures related to property management; responsible for recruitment, training, development, and supervision of property level staff, and shares responsibility for maintaining the physical and financial performance of assigned properties.

In this role, you will provide in advance, a call schedule including, but not limited to; demonstrations / presentations, closing appointments, training, cold calling, account maintenance, travel and follow up. Provide your RSM with a target account list of your target 25 customers and review activities monthly.
