The Human Resources Director strategically leads the HR function for Wholesale and partners with Corporate and Wholesale Business leadership to develop and implement people strategies and improve associate performance.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and implement a formal client retention and client satisfaction strategy; build relationships with new customers and increase company's market share in the region (including groups such as risk management associations, trade associations, CPAs, wealth advisors).
Develop and maintain annual budgets. Promote and mention an atmosphere of compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations and by performing audits with rigorous review and analysis.
This Director will be responsible for leading a team in developing strong professional relationships with hospitals, doctors, other providers and professional associations, with an emphasis on continuous improvement related to care transitions for patients requiring post-acute services.
