Provide system programming support for the design, integration, and testing of Audio/Video (A/V) Systems. Maintain responsibility for writing communication modules, loading and testing code, and developing code for Communications Electronics and Advanced Technology (CEAT) projects.
Design, implement, and administer enclaves supporting penetration testers and implement computer security, military system specifications, and DoD Cyber security in accordance with Fleet Network Operating Center and GIG security architecture policies.
Assist in the execution of acquisition strategies, including drafting Statement of Work, Statement of Objectives, Request for Proposal preparations, monitoring deliverables, and attending acquisition related meetings.

Maintain responsibility for the design, installation, and support for a variety of audio visual (AV) and video teleconferencing (VTC) projects. Provide and update A/V drawing packages and create system equipment and parts lists.
Support development of business case analyses for GFE breakout candidates and other cost reduction initiatives via engineering trade studies; identify potential candidates for Contractor Furnished Equipment (CFE) to GFE conversion to reduce material pass-through costs.
