This position is responsible for the overall strategic management of a block of current clients. The primary objectives and goals of the position are to maintain a block of clients (retention) and grow the block of business organically (sales), as well as mentor and develop their support team.
The Senior Compensation Manager will plan, conduct, lead and provide oversight of projects and tasks to other compensation positions. They will be responsible for having comprehensive knowledge of all company wide compensation programs.
The Manager is responsible for providing compensation consultation to all levels within the organization while ensuring compliance to all state and federal regulatory requirements that relate to Compensation. The Manager operates with significant latitude on unreviewed actions or decisions and provides project updates to management.
