In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and operation of the benefit plans, including PFGs leave of absence administration. Works across all levels of the company to address benefits-related questions and provide guidance on complex circumstances.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for documenting all current compensation practices/procedures such as new hire, promotion, merit, incentive and then reviewing for consistency, clarity, and revision.
In this role, you will be responsible to assist in the design and communication of benefit and wellness information through individual counseling and group orientation/presentations. Collaborate with corporate and division human resources and related personnel to support the performance of strategic and tactical initiatives, including health and financial wellness programs, implementing plan design changes, international assignments, mergers, acquisitions and other business activities.
