This position is primarily responsible for completing and managing the Requirements Phase of projects and Investment Business Cases to define business objectives and scope, document user stories and business requirements, identify potential technical solutions, evaluate and collaborate with the Information Technology Division to propose a best technical solution, and develop business case documentation (cost-benefit analysis, ROI, etc.) .

The Technical Business Analyst is responsible for the analysis, documentation, communication and approval of functional/non-functional business requirements for software applications, 3rd party vendor packages, or infrastructure implementations.
