In this role, the selected candidate will be assisting in analyzing user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design; conducting unit testing and assisting with integration testing.
The candidate must have knowledge of the Application Lifecycle Management methodology and the principles and techniques of architecture/design, analysis, requirements definition, developing, and maintaining/supporting all installations of computer applications.
The Application Developer develops database and other applications to support the needs of the Shared Service Center; assists in developing, supporting, and maintaining database and other applications.
In this role, you will coordinate with internal departments to provide associated deliverables required for successful completion of development and maintenance assignments (e.g., database development, job scheduling, network support, help desk orientation, client implementation readiness, etc.).
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience with the following COTS Software products: Oracle 10g & 11g Database, Oracle PL/SQL. MS SQL Server 2008, MS Transact-SQL, Red Gate SQL Developer, MS Windows Server 2003, 2008, Visual Studio 2012, Axosoft OnTime, Subversion, MS Visual SourceSafe.
In this position, you will work with technical staff to understand and resolve software problems, resolves customer complaints with software and responds to suggestions for software modifications or enhancements. May be involved with the development of software user manuals and demonstrate software.
The candidate will work primarily as an IT technical resource providing GIS programming, scripting, application development, and mapping services, provide database administration and data analysis services as needed.
In this position you will work as a part of a scrum team to plan, estimate, and deliver and support robotic process automation and other tools to enhance ADP's ability to provide superior support to our clients.
