This position is responsible for achieving the North American growth plan of significantly increasing sales by taking an entrepreneurial approach to business development and actively pursuing leads and opportunities across a broad spectrum of applications and industries in close collaboration with international headquarters regarding the definition of strategic and operational objectives.
Prepare and post cash receipts to customer accounts and charge customer credit cards for shipping on a daily basis; research charge-backs and debit memos to accurately process, issue and post credits/debits to customer accounts as necessary.
Develop, implement and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program to ensure that the integrity, confidentiality and availability of information is owned, controlled or processed by the organization.
