The CFO, the Controller/VP Finance will be responsible for establishing internal controls, policies & procedures, upgrading the staff and controlling the month end close process as well as the preparation and reporting of financial statements in accordance with GAAP for multiple office locations.
The VP will be responsible for business development in asset based financing and project financing transactions. Main responsibilities include marketing: the VP interact with clients, market bank products, negotiate terms sheets and review legal documents, credit/quantitative analysis: financial statement analysis, cash flow projection, industry analysis, credit application preparation, post-lending management, work with compliance and other business lines.
In this role, the selected candidate will act as key member and advisor to Line of Business Senior Management team, providing decision support analysis and advice on the optimisation of business activities with regards to accounting rules, regulatory issues and legal entity structures.
In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the month end close, financial reporting (GAAP) & analysis, regulatory reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audit, tax accounting and all accounting operations (including Accounts Payable).
This individual will be responsible for working alongside the Corporate Technology Program Manager and making sure the IT elements of all of the delivery channels are correctly landed within the business.
Establish Supply Chain finance products, draft product policies and procedures, establish operational platform in collaboration with relevant departments, and propose to the branch new product committee.
In this position, you will manage sourcing, executions and closing of transactions. Originate, underwrite, document new transactions and syndication. Maintain primary relationships with companies located in the US, UK, Norway, Singapore, Greece and Canada. Responsible for secondary purchases and sales of single credits or portfolios.
In this role, the selected candidate will support financial goals for revenue, gross margin, and operating income through timely, consistent, and actionable business and financial modeling, reporting and analysis.
In this role, the selected candidate will prepare reports that summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations.
