Work closely with Regions/District Managers to identify/suggest solutions to close new hire and existing account managers skills and knowledge gaps as identified throughout their training and personal development plans.
Trainers will interact with customers to develop course content and prepare lesson plans and hardware/software documentation. This position requires an understanding of law firm network infrastructure, which includes desktops, servers, printers, and scanners.
Prepare new Inside and Field Sales Representatives, Account Managers, and Sales Development Representatives by conducting orientation to sales process, developing individual plans, and providing resources and assistance to the management to onboard teams.
Lead development of District Planning or National Sales Meeting presentations / resources and execute in conjunction with the Brand teams. Ensure materials are up to date and eMAP approved per Sandoz policy.
Developing training content including multi-media support materials that is readily accessible to users at the point of need, including training guides, cheat sheets and E-learning, etc., and support the rollout of new functionality with associated training and support materials.
In this role, the selected candidate will teach a variety of classes, both for new hires and experienced software engineers. Help define course structure, content, and delivery method to produce high quality training.
Maintains and updates training materials and other resources such as for Orientation, Refresher classes, Helpful Hints, Frequently Asked Questions to aid employees in professional and personal development. .
