This position will have responsibilities in Test Engineering for using LabVIEW and National Instruments hardware to design applications for acquisition of data and control in elevator systems and test stands.
The Judiciary Information Technology, Technical Services is looking for an experienced z/OS Systems Programmer proficient in using IBM SMP/E to install both IBM and ISV products in an IBM z13 SYSPLEX/CICS/DB2 mainframe environment. Additionally, knowledge of IBM RACF Security is an added plus.

Effectively document and communicate problems and issues identified during tests and collaborate with interdisciplinary engineering team (including digital, RF, mechanical, and software engineers) to further investigate, characterize, and resolve problems / issues.
Consults with Architect, Systems Administrator, and Program managers in a SCRUM-based Agile development methodology to create system improvements and/or deployment on time and within quality standards.
Uphold high standards for timely issue resolution; contribute expertise to the management of existing and new IT products and services; define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements.
Responsibilities will include interfacing with the customer in performing test and evaluation activities; interfacing with internal software teams to isolate and fix issues as they arise for various functional areas
Develop solutions to complex business problems such as the creation of table driven capability for new UX developments that were built via most expediant manual manner and thus need to be converted in production while using table driven capability.
