The Supplier Quality Engineer will be responsible for providing support to the New Product Development activities. In this role he/she will interface with R&D, Engineering and Operations to ensure the successful transfer to Production of new products in accordance with approved processes.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage all inbound supply risks including material security, quality, product safety and regulatory compliance. Review product test reports for failures and work with developers, laboratory, and suppliers to correct issues and violations.
The individual will serve as a quality representative on project core teams and will work closely with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality Systems engineers. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that the engineering projects are executed and released meeting customer expectations, regulatory requirements, appropriate voluntary standards, and BD policies and procedures.
The QA Engineer will work within the high profile and dynamic Consolidated Feed API development & product team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design & implementation of tooling & infrastructure for testing APIs; as well as collaborating with other product teams to create and evolve policies, best practices, and testing frameworks for distributed systems testing.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with Field Services, Manufacturing and customers at commercial or industrial facilities to support Field Reliability performance, assesment, and improvements of products.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for manufacturing decision-making capability by calculating production, labour, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements.
