The primary function of the Sales Operations Program Manager position is to support the GES Sales organization by developing, executing and supporting a mix of programs and initiatives that align with ADP's MVV, support the SIG (Simplify, Innovate, Grow) pillars, all culminating in the creation and drive of new market share for all ADP products and services; inclusive of sales effectiveness.

develop and implement product based action plans, and oversee project implementation to meet corporate business goals for Medicare, Medicaid, QHP, and Commercial product lines for both HIP and GHI.

In this role, the selected candidate will direct and manage three small adult residential sites with a total of 13 residents; prepare for all internal and external audits and inspections of the programs.
The IT Project Manager will plan, execute, and successfully complete projects according to a predefined delivery plan. This includes coordinating the project tasks and activities, managing internal resources (matrix structured team) and third-party contractors or consultants, and serve as single point-of-contact for internal and external stakeholders.
In this role, you will establish and maintain appropriately detailed operational procedures and desktop guidelines to provide the necessary guidance and ensure consistency of business process application by staff.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure that the scope of the projects within the program align with business priorities and that business value is properly measured for prioritization; ensure the development and execution of business change management and communication plans.
In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation strategy, definition of project scope, adherence to definition of project specific deliverables, creation of a logical work breakdown structure and definition of major project milestones.
