This position is responsible for the overall day-to-day operation, leadership and management of a paper converting manufacturing plant. This position reports to the plant manager and regularly reports on plant performance.
Manage multiple projects under tight time constraints, proactively reporting out to ensure identification and mitigation of risks and blocking tasks, all while having the ability to self-prioritize work properly, in order create a stream of consistent wins.
He or she will be responsible to maintain and grow existing relationships, develop co-op marketing arrangements with partners and quotas by maintaining a high level of activity including prospecting and proposal generation.
Manage and be accountable for the financial performance (profit/loss) of assigned profit centers. Responsibilities include the accuracy of all invoices and payables, WIP calculations, determination of appropriate pay rates and contract bill rates as well as review of monthly DVPC financial statements for accuracy and completeness.
Develop the overall distribution business plan in conjunction with the commercial team leads; ensure the development and implementation of effective trade strategies and programs by providing strategic and tactical leadership.
Partner with our Global People Ops team on key people programs and practices (HR system management, performance management, benefits, promotions, international people ops matters, and etc) across the company.
Oversee major cross-functional efforts, including regular strategic planning and all aspects of system development and launch, while pulling together team members from multiple departments and locations across the company.
This person will provide direction to the team per established policies and management guidance. The it operations manager will develop and administer company policies that directly affect the productivity of the team. This person will also conduct reviews to measure meeting of it objectives.
Work with sales, access, field sales, vendors, and other team members to develop and execute highly effective, results-driven marketing initiatives to maximize product opportunities and revenues in Pulmonology.
Manages blending and coating activities to assure all drug products are manufactured in accordance with company procedures and cGMP in order that they meet the required specifications for strength, quality, purity, and efficacy.
