The Supervising Senior Financial Analyst will provide total financial leadership support, direction and analysis to the Transfusion Medicine Operations manufacturing facility, including specific product lines, shared manufacturing support functions, a joint business and a third party supply agreement.
Run Monthly Operating System to drive all aspects of productivity in Freight & Distribution, including contribute ideas to logistics productivity projects, optimize freight payment process, and drive linkage to transactional pricing and customer profitability.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reporting financial performance; analyzing and interpreting operating results; investigating variances and unusual items; and, evaluating their effect on operations.
Must have ability to analyze results versus forecast, investigate material variances and explain high drivers to management, provide headcount and indirect expense analysis, and communicate with IPT leads and other repair centers on a daily basis to gather and consolidate information.
In this role, you will provide financial support for the operations / support areas: develop reporting tools to facilitate business analysis, identify and help teams implement cost saving recommendations, and present quarterly results to senior leads.
Support the IT community in understanding the accounting, cash and economic implications of each project,Prepare projections for total IT capital and develop models that project depreciation impact for future years of total capital deployed in a given period.
The person in this position frequently communicates with employees and outside vendors and customers. Must be able to express oneself and exchange accurate information in these situations via phone or in person.
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting specific projects and assignments, provides data, summaries, reports and recommendations that provide the basis for management to recommend best practice and to determine appropriate courses of action.
The chosen candidate will perform financial and business related research and analysis such as the preparation of forecasts and/or analysis of financial reports, records and trends develops and maintains spreadsheets and databases to facilitate analysis and reporting and is responsible for conducting and documenting financial analysis projects.
