This position is responsible for participation in the strategic direction of the Process and Equipment Controls team, systems setup, configuration and controls, business process improvements (high quality, Lean), and module project prioritization and implementation.
In this role, you will be responsible for working with Facilities Engineering Manager to identify gaps in maintenance skill sets, creating and delivering training to maintenance personnel, and ensuring knowledge transfer on technical projects.
The Senior Process Engineer (SPE) works horizontally across a project's leadership team to communicate the details of and to integrate the project's Quality Management (QM) plan into all work and all teams. He/she will describe how the QM plan affects each specific project function and will ensure buy-in across the project.
In this role, you will develop strategies and programs to ensure that sites can consistently maintain regulatory compliance; monitor, interpret and analyze the business impact of EHS regulatory requirements.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead, identify, select, develop, test, establish, validate & manage the robust process systems and first commercialization of global nutrition initiatives of low and high acid aseptic beverages from bench to pilot and commercial scale.
