The Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for carrying out several tasks supporting many Human Resources (HR) functional areas, including, but not limited to: recruitment, employee benefits, legal compliance, on-boarding, employee engagement, and maintaining employee records.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage all steps of the Summer Internship Program and additional internship opportunities throughout the year; coordinate and attend College Recruiting events.
The recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting experienced professionals for key opportunities across the firm building subject matter expertise in an aligned technology discipline.
This position will be responsible for providing World Class Recruiting Services to the Ryder organization in a cost effective manner, while continuously searching and providing state of the art Recruitment methodology.
Manage candidate relationships with diverse candidates and establish pipeline of diverse talent by creating opportunities for professional development and early exposure to business professionals. Build pipeline of talent for campus summer and full time programs.
In this role, the selected candidate will be participating on the worldwide recruiting team in implementing and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build an ongoing, healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.
Managing the entire recruitment cycle from both the candidate and client perspective by assessing candidates skills, cold call business development, playing matchmaker between the candidate and client and overseeing the interview process.
