The Human Resources group designs, implements and manages our firm's policies and programs pertaining to global recruiting, learning and development, mobility, diversity, compensation, benefits and employee relations. Members of this group work together with business managers to attract, manage and retain top-quality people.
Identify diverse, top-level talent through aggressive sourcing methods, which include Internet research, networking, direct sourcing, employee referrals, advertisements, career events, associations, and other sources as needed.
Manage full lifecycle recruiting for requisitions (10 to 20 at a time), including: creating and posting job descriptions, sourcing talent, conducting phone screens, scheduling and conducting interviews, checking references, negotiating offers, and closing.
In this role, you will be responsible for
recruiting, interviewing and placing it professionals in contract and contract-to-hire positions with our clients. providing the highest quality customer service to both clients and candidates.
Creating presentation packages to submit to clients; includes biographies of candidates, introduction letters, etc; conducting reference checks, comprehensive background investigations, and additional research on applicants.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
In this role, the selected candidate will create and manage recruitment analytics that help monitor the effectiveness of recruitment techniques and strategies; develop and manage recruitment branding to attract best in class employees.
