Manage new tools and processes while minimizing their costs to the organization. Translate process improvement standards and protocols into expectations for each project/program.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the identification and escalation of potential issues/risks or obstacles and achieves resolution or plans contingencies and follow issues through to resolution ensuring that all issues arrive at a singular conclusion or recommendation.
The director of project management will be responsible for overseeing and engaging both the clinical and non-clinical teams across various therapeutic fields. It is also expected that they will partner with project managers regarding the execution of experiments, methodology, data analysis, and interpretation.
