The project coordinator handles all the logistics and moving parts of executive searches, opens and closes searches, assemble pitch books and support various project phases on both the staffing and business development side of the business.
In this role, you will be responsible to coordinate and implement various projects and initiatives for Creative Development, Government Relations, and Corporate Donations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: managing and streamlining the Scholastic Possible Fund (book donations) system; communicating and working cross-divisionally on Creative Development and Government Relations events, initiatives, and projects as well as oftentimes maintaining the day-to day responsibilities of those events, initiatives, and projects for each of the respective departments.
This position is part of a Rotation Program wherein individuals rotate across Coordinator-level positions within the Content Distribution division: Sales and Business Development, Marketing, Strategy and Operations.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist Information Security Manager with information security projects and initiatives; provide regular reporting on the current status of information security projects.
In this role, you will manage finance - centric projects such as ERP systems integration, mapping systems architecture, and establishing accounting best practices, utilizing established Project Management methodologies.
In this role, you will oversee implementation of program plan(s) across functional areas to ensure timely and efficient delivery.At entry levels, may oversee a specific project within a program or department.
Project coordinator will be responsible for communication and coordination with data collection sites, task programming, data extraction, data cleaning, coordination of interview transcription, conducting in-person interviews with parents, and conducting telephone follow ups with participants and their parents.
