The Surveillance analytics group (SAG), within Global Compliance is responsible for helping the firm to manage its reputational and regulatory risk via quantitative modeling and strategic development of surveillance infrastructure.
Analyze user requests for system modifications and determine the best way of accomplishing the request with no package source code modifications.
Ensure that programs and systems created use system resources efficiently.
This positions focus is on the database, application programming interfaces, application programming, scripting, and reporting needs that are required for clinical research applications developed and maintained within the operating unit.
Offers technical input and advice to the development team and IT management, while also providing support and input to the end user community towards the solution of business problems within the constraints of time and budget provided by management.

The Senior Applications Developer position will provide leadership in full systems life cycle management of medium to high-visibility projects, which will require working on Enterprise and non-Enterprise release requirements and support efforts.
In this role, the selected candidate will conduct technical analysis and provide oral & written feedback (as email, brief documents, slides) within a pharmaceutical regulatory submissions business context.
The role will require knowledge of asset management attribution and risk management concepts, practices and implementation as well as people management, business analysis, project management and communication skills.
