Communicates with property owner(s) to be displaced and all stakeholders, including but not limited to: clients, public agencies, attorneys and courts, utility company coordination, associated with row duties.
Must have years work experience managing full lifecycle technology based projects using a formal project management methodology (PMP Certification a plus) and current software project reporting tools (MS Project+).
In this role, you will develop Business Unit Certificate of Need applications and assure submission of these applications to the pertinent state Health facilities planning board or similar agency according to the required submission schedule as defined by the applicable regulations.
The Program Director must be able to plan and organize a structured program consisting of educational and recreational activities according to age group, supervise staff and maintain a high level of communication between school representatives and participants, staff and supervisors. In addition, the Program Director will be responsible for the management of the entire OST program at his/her site.
Act as business liaison serving as primary point of contact between application business segments and database administrators; assist with design, development and implementation of databasearchitectures and database solutions for new initiatives.
In this role, you will work with the Program Managers and the Technology Delivery Manager to facilitate all project management aspects, take initiative with managing projects, running project status meetings, create and maintain comprehensive project documentation ,creating required reports, escalating issues, developing and managing project plans, identifying risks and mitigation strategies, any other tasks related to project management.
The role will support the effort to sustain and improve programs and activities associated with the life cycle of project, including specification, selection, procurement, installation, and qualification.
Work with cross functional teams to develop and track classic project management deliverables (schedules, status reports, resource plans, risks, issues logs, etc.); analyze and communicate the issues and risks as they relate to their project(s).
