Proactively monitor the company applications to capture potential issues (e.g. alerts, performance) before they occur. Keep clients updated with any issues with the Software. Ensure Clients are provided with Upgrades, patches and/or service packs as required.
Coordinate and triage software issues from the Help Desk, assist with the deployment of fixes & enhancements; responsibility for design, monitoring and reporting of automated testing & regression suites.
The individual will work closely with other teams, especially those providing engineering, infrastructure (server hardware/OS, NAS, SAN, network), project management, and lower-tier client support services.
Identify manufacturing issues (design/process/component) and drive resolution by participating on cross-functional or project teams. Research and resolve electro-mechanical, production assembly and/or test issues in a timely manner.
A qualified candidate will be expected to analyze industry trends and competitor actions, then adjust coverage forms accordingly; evaluate and implement pricing adjustments by individual state marketplaces to maintain profitability; develop and implement business plans to maximize profit and growth for individual state portfolios with profit and loss accountability.
In this role, the selected candidate will conceptualize, design and develop new products that will include implants, instrumentation and MIS systems; design products using solid modeling and drafting conventions.
The Application Support Engineers are responsible for the Build Engineering, Operations, Monitoring and Deployment of our Platform Tools offerings. This includes the development of automated deployment solutions.
