The Application Support Engineers are responsible for the Build Engineering, Operations, Monitoring and Deployment of our Platform Tools offerings. This includes the development of automated deployment solutions.
Deliver UI prototypes, mockups, and detailed design specifications Collaborate with project managers and other designers to create clean and intuitive designs and user flows IT experience in the area of System Analysis, Design, Development, and Operational Support on mobile , desktop, and tablet platforms.
Responsible for developing gear designs including assemblies, bills of material, parts list and detail drawings as required in conformance with order requirements and Engineering Standards and Procedures.
Coordinate and triage software issues from the Help Desk, assist with the deployment of fixes & enhancements; responsibility for design, monitoring and reporting of automated testing & regression suites.
A qualified candidate will be expected to analyze industry trends and competitor actions, then adjust coverage forms accordingly; evaluate and implement pricing adjustments by individual state marketplaces to maintain profitability; develop and implement business plans to maximize profit and growth for individual state portfolios with profit and loss accountability.
The individual will work closely with other teams, especially those providing engineering, infrastructure (server hardware/OS, NAS, SAN, network), project management, and lower-tier client support services.
Act as the principal designer/engineer for networking systems and their subsystems. Utilize a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, existing designs and regulatory requirements (e.g., NERC CIP, SOX, FCC, HIPAA) policies and procedures.
Working with the Development teams to provide ease of use within a complex web application, suggest tools that refine the experience based on the stated goals, and create unique answers to difficult problems.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate experience implementing and supporting VoIP, IP Telephony, Session Border Controllers and Carrier SIP services on a Cisco infrastructure in large scale investment banks.
Proactively monitor the company applications to capture potential issues (e.g. alerts, performance) before they occur. Keep clients updated with any issues with the Software. Ensure Clients are provided with Upgrades, patches and/or service packs as required.
Responsible for key modules of the production software throughout the development cycle, ranging from specifying functional requirements by working with multi-disciplinary teams, providing detailed design specifications, outlining testing effort, to implementing the software and executing the testing steps to qualify the product.
