In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for weekly payroll processing, maintenance of employee files, employee benefit administration and calculation as well as payroll tax reconciliation.
In this role, you will be responsible for
the preparation and processing of weekly(factory/scsn) payroll for over 500 employees; review and ensure accuracy of approved e-time timesheets; track and deduct opt and other special payroll deductions.
In this role, the selected candidate will create and maintain standard operating procedures for all areas of payroll and benefits and direct programs for regulatory/compliance issues (ADA, COBRA, EEOC, FMLA and ERISA).
In this role, you will perform all activities necessary to process 500 to 700+ multi-state weekly payroll including maintaining related records, DOL reporting, voluntary deduction reports, processing involuntary deductions such as garnishments, preparing accounting transactions and documents, reconciling accrued leave reports, documenting and updating procedures, and preparing special reports for management.
