This position will lease administration work for multiple projects. Review and make recommendations on prospective cell site leasing contracts. Coordinate the execution of all leasing contracts from inception through final signature. Maintain Access database of key contract terms. Interact with landlords, attorneys, engineers, site requisition specialists, construction managers, operation personnel and NREA to resolve any lease related issues.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a trial experience (not just trial prep- candidate must have attended trial), be willing to work extensive overtime (including evenings, nights, and weekends), and be ready to start immediately and hit the group running for a trial taking place in mid-fall.
In this role, you will be preparing probate and administration documents, fiduciary accounting, and inventory of assets, receipt and release agreements, preparation of affidavits and an understanding of the probate and administration process, marshaling of estate assets including obtaining certificates of death valuations needed for estate tax purposes.
