The Marketing Operations Coordinator will play an integral role supporting email and direct mail campaign execution plans for the Marketing Operation team. The candidate should be a self-starter able to learn quickly with a good head for problem solving, while able to adhere to standard operational procedures and deadlines.
The Scheduling Coordinator provides day-to-day, client facing, production scheduling support for multiple television studios, control rooms and personnel within a fast paced 24/7 environment at NBC Studios, Rock Center, New York City.
In this role, you will support of department initiatives, database management and analysis, curriculum development and coordination, department materials/supply purchasing, and general support of department projects.
This individual is detail oriented, highly organized, thrives in a small team environment, excels at time management, complements the Campaign Manager & Media Planners, and is comfortable working independently while providing support to the department.
The production coordinator is responsible for the administration and organization of idg studios production of digital video content; including tracking schedules, ensuring projects are operating within a defined budget, and booking and managing crew. In addition, the coordinator will support our studios regional producers to ensure all projects are delivered on time and posted correctly. No two days will be alike on our team, so being flexible in supporting evolving programs will be the key to success in this role.
This position will work in collaboration with Design and Production in following up with overseas vendors, managing and tracking samples for production, updating sales regarding delivery dates, processing inventory adjustments, issuing purchase orders, and a variety of projects.
