Plan, develop and implement operational infrastructure of systems, processes, procedures and controls and organize personnel training designed to accommodate the clients needs and the groups objectives.

Define the strategy and manage the roadmap of our digital brokerage / advisory operations and processing flow (account opening, money movement, related clearing functions) across Prudentials product line.
Coordinate and execute other client services as required including asset purchases, sales and financing transactions, contract monitoring/compliance, insurance monitoring and oversight, and residence management.
Engage with customers and partners to deliver roadmap updates, get product feedback, feed that information back into technology development process, and continuously identify next set of opportunities working closely with the internal and external clients.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership on architectural and application design to meet current and future stakeholder needs; managing budget, monitoring program progress and adjusting resource/priorities to successfully deliver against stakeholder objectives.
This Sr. level technology manager will be expected to build strong relationships with their respective business partners and to collaborate on multi-year roadmap planning and execution that frames a clear vision of how technology can enable responsible growth through automation and core capabilities.
Coordinates local policy and procedures with the appropriate corporate and or/ divisional functions to ensure full and complete procedures are in place covering assigned areas. Recommends changes in process or procedure to management.
Collaborate with our partners in Corporate Compensation to evaluate relevant job and market data within the Customer Office; consult with clients in preparation of their training & development plans; facilitating leadership development programming (e.g., Leadership Connections) personally, or driving execution of such programs sourced in other ways.
