The Senior Manager, Marketing Communications supports the development and execution of communications campaigns, marketing and external communications material, and branding activities aligned with Otis and UTC business objectives.
As a Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for driving two key functions within the Marketing Communications team: Public Relations and Internal Communications. Working closely with the VP Marketing Communications, you will coordinate and execute the public relations program as well as a variety of internal communications projects.
In this role, you will help build the plan and execute against quarterly and annual public relations goals, including writing press releases, maintaining media contacts, coordinating interviews and collaborating with the social media teams.
In this role, you will produce a myriad of marketing materials, including cost effective / guerrilla marketing solutions, and PR programs that targets well - known national trade publications for Op Co coverage, etc.
In this role, you will develop, execute, measure and optimize integrated marketing communications plans and tactics to effectively promote new product/technology releases and re-energize products in through their selling cycle.
The position is responsible for social media marketing strategy development and execution to augment marketing and communication initiatives, while ensuring integration and alignment with traditional marketing activities.
In this position, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic goals and direction of the Marketing Communications team. You will also be responsible for the VES agency management relationship inclusive of the creation of the integrated asset development plan. S
In this role, the selected candidate will build and cultivate relationships with ADP learning leadership, corporate marketing, HR communications, competitive intelligence and other groups/leaders critical to the success of this position.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the negotiation and management of all Cooperative Marketing Agreements with key Tour Operators and Online Travel Agencies, as well as Internal and External Communication, Owner Relations, Public Relations and Social Media.
