Manage and facilitate engagement with partners and the sector's sales team, aligning the needs of the sales team with partners capabilities to capture incremental business within the manufacturing space.
The Maintenance Manager will be required to respond to call outs for plant problems such as trips, failed starts, primary & auxiliary equipment trouble, and related issues that affect the availability of the plant to meet its commercial obligations where maintenance support will be required to resolve such problems.
Lead technical problem solving related to mixing, dipping and related operations. Coordinate with other personnel in the facility for timely and effective problem solving or equipment or process issues.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading, planning, organizing staffing, directing and controlling the plant production, inventory, shipping and achieving plant related profit goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will build and support a team based manufacturing environment and be able to establish and maintain good working relationships with sales production, materials and maintenance departments.
The primary focus of this position is to manage all aspects of plant operations; including but not limited to personnel, productivity, safety compliance, production planning, maintenance, equipment operation and departmental communication. Additional focus to include financial budgeting, forecasting, vendor negotiations, plant improvements, cost reduction and administrative compliance.
The Operations and Maintenance Manager (O&M) shall organize and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the operations and maintenance personnel, establish priories for repair work and projects, plan and schedule outage work and provide technical guidance, provide direction during unusual operations, repair problems, or system upsets.
