In this role, the selected candidate will prepare, format and edit legal documents in MS Word, including letters, memoranda, briefs, pleadings, agreements etc.; create table of contents and table of authorities for legal filings.
This position is responsible for scheduling depositions and various other meetings and appointments. Answer telephone, giving non-legal information when possible, refer call to attorney and take messages.
In this role, you will be able to red-line for attorneys and be incredibly reliable to meet tight deadlines. This role will also include normal administrative duties, such as, time sheets, scheduling and calendaring, and travel arrangements.
