Create, maintain and update databases for contracts, leases, unemployment and workers compensation claims, insurance, contractor incidents, collection matters and other administrative project management.
The candidates must be able to handle cases from inception thru trial including drafting of Complaints, Pleadings, Bills of Particulars, Discovery Demands & Motions and must be able to work independently, be detail oriented, organized, have excellent writing and communications skills and be familiar with medical terminology.

The PCS Paralegal must possess strong communication skills and be able to interface successfully with Firm clients, partners, and associates as well as attorneys and professionals from other law firms, companies, financial institutions, foundations etc.
In this role, the selected candidate will prepare and process requests for provider contracts, letters of agreement, contract amendments, and notices; review provider documents, including provider application, attestations, and credentials.
