In this role, you will designs, develops and delivers content of training material for courses, job aids, quick reference guides, user manuals, and team builders/retreats. Develops appropriate learning objectives through needs assessment and determines best methodologies to train and develop; measures and reports outcomes and results.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing elearning materials for our vendor community on the Product Data Master (PDM) system - and how to create products via the system in order to sell products in our stores and online channels.
In this role, you will work closely with internal clients to assess training needs and to provide guidance and advise in order to develop effective e - learning modules which meet the clients expectations in a timely manner. Prior to developing module, secure clients agreements to storyboard, e - learning design, interactions and branching scenarios which are developed using ADDIE principles.
