In this role, the selected candidate will work with Project Managers in translation of customer needs in terms of system functionality to ensure a match between needs and actual system capabilities/limitations.
The CPI effectively performs the required tasks to ensure timely Go-Lives and customer satisfaction. The CPI must have the ability to establish collaborative working relationships with cross-functional project teams.

As an implementation consultant, design new business practices for manufacturing customers utilizing the DEACOM ERP software that drives efficiency and has a tangible impact on the customers operations.
