In this role, you will be responsible to direct the human resources activities within the center including staff recruitment, training and updating center staff on company personnel policies, procedures, and regulations and monitoring and evaluating human resources systems.

Plans, directs and carries out policies relating to all phases of personnel activity. Recruits, interviews, and selects employees to fill vacant positions. Plans and conducts new employee orientation programs to foster positive attitudes toward company goals.
Provide expertise in the area of positive employee / labor relations, collective bargaining strategy and negotiations, collective bargaining agreement interpretation / compliance / grievance handling, etc.
Ensure the development, requirements gathering, business process mapping, data conversion, systems configuration, testing, deployment, documentation, and updates for all hr systems. Support process enhancements and integrations.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience supporting a global function and preferably an R&D and/or Technology organization coupled with strong business acumen and your ability to coach and influence leaders, will all be key to your success.
