This individual will report into the director of FP&A and be responsible for the preparation of financial data that will be used by upper management and the board of directors to drive financial efficiencies and develop strategies.
Solving problems by providing level one and level two support for our production systems. Contributing to the design and implementation of the support system to enhance reliability and self-correction.
Translate technical specifications, and/or logical and physical design into code for new or enhancement projects for internal clients; develop code that reuses subroutines or objects, is well structured, includes sufficient comments, and is easy to maintain
Represent the Department in an appropriate and professional manner in all types of communications and settings; exhibit professional demeanor when dealing with managers, staff, colleagues or vendors; maintain professional attitude and composure in stressful or conflict situations.
Assist with the development and maintenance of the business requirements process used to define requirements for systems projects, assist with the definition of project
scope and create appropriate scope documentation.
Develops effective and efficient solutions by researching/analyzing current state system capabilities and defining technology solutions options/recommendations working closely with key technology partners (e.g. Solution Designers and Architects).
Prepare Income Statements, Balance Sheets, Capital Status, and personnel costs for monthly reporting requirements; create the annual operating budgets, monthly forecasts, and actual-to-budget analysis for these items.
The Systems IT Analyst will be heavily engaged in the support of the Firms distributed and mainframe environments. Monitor systems to identify malfunctions and Initiate corrective actions in a professional and timely manner when applicable.
