The Division Sales Manager will manage, coach and lead a team of sales representatives to grow and protect divisional business by establishing and communicating clear objectives, delegating effectively, monitoring progress and providing ongoing verbal and written feedback to individual team members.
This position is responsible for working closely with the heads of the four Clinical Business Lines, as well as interfacing with Commercial functional teams (e.g. Consulting) and agency partners to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to support existing and new service offerings of the Clinical Division. Moreover, the Senior Marketing Manager serves as an internal brand champion.
In this role, the selected candidate will create inroads to new and existing clients to create new relationships, maintain current relationships, and mine for new contacts at the next generation levels.
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating agile project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering agile projects that provide exceptional business value to users. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for managing high visibility projects using agile methods ina fast-paced environment.
