The Associate Director is responsible for supporting assigned clinical development projects (from pre-IND phase to Phase III) including study design, planning, execution, and results reporting of clinical development programs worldwide.

The individual is responsible for driving the expansion and maintenance of sales relationships with assigned channel partners. The Director acts also as senior leader to the team comprised of professionals who are assigned to specific channel partners based on geography, channel, or market.
In this role, you will develop, in coordination with President, annual marketing and sales plans, including sales forecasts, pricing and other strategies, objectives and action assignments, to secure the greatest share of the market over the long term while concurrently maximizing EBITDA.
This position must develop cross-functional relationships and collaborate effectively with Sales Leadership, Sales Associates, Sales Operations COEs, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Information Technology, data vendors and sales planning vendors to ensure strategic alignment, support, and execution of sales planning and Sales Operations activities.
