In this role, the Dialysis Nurse Educator / Infection Control Nurse (RN) will be responsible for planning and implementing ongoing education, training and program opportunities to new and present employees in accordance with established standards, regulatory guidelines, new initiatives and best practices.
In this role, you will ensure that all programs for new-employee orientation, preceptor training, our Annual In-service Marathon (AIM) Day nurses technical training, clinical services, and UltraCare®quality initiatives comply with FMS standards.
Plan to be on your toes at all times. You use your mind constantly. You apply your "core" nursing skills to assess and implement complete care plans as you look at the whole patient. There's a lot to track and manage and the joy comes in witnessing how your care impacts patients' lives.
In this role, you will provide the highest level of care across one or more of our hospital units and ensure your patients' safety, comfort, and well-being with a patient to nurse ratio typically not more than 2:1.
