In this role, the selected candidate will be designing and implementing an aggressive marketing and outreach strategy that engages residents through door-to-door canvassing, tabling, lobby sessions, email blasts, mailings, community events, festivals, social media, and other opportunities.
This key marketing support role will work closely with the marketing manager and executive team to create and execute all communications activities in social media, public relations, event marketing and advertising.
In this position, you will promote awareness of brand image internally and externally. Develop marketing materials and assemble information packages (e.g., brochures, promotional materials, maps) for promotional events, property tours, and conferences. Prepare or edit letters, invitations, monthly and quarterly press reports, and news releases, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
In this role, the selected candidate will monitor editorial and conference calendars for press and speaking opportunities for Partners; research incoming reporter inquiries and speaking engagement opportunities and presenting recommendations to Partners.
In this role, the selected candidate will evaluate programmatic needs and providing feedback on the implementation of new
processes, creating team trainings to reinforce evolving standards when necessary.
