In this role, you will be working collaboratively with business development team members including the Admissions Manager and admission staff, as well as nursing and other internal and external staff to facilitate the referral conversion.
In this role, you will be ability to build relationships with physicians, case managers, discharge planners, social services and other referral sources to promote appropriate admissions of patients. Recognizes and communicates any barriers of admissions to Intake Department timely for appropriate follow up.
The Clinical Liaison implements the philosophy, policy, procedures, systems and strategic goals set forth by the senior management team while maximizing the highest level of customer services to assigned referral sources.

In this role, the selected candidate will participate in assessment and teaching of a patients infusion therapy needs, including vein assessment, assessment of patients and caregivers potential ability to perform the required therapy, and selecting the appropriate home therapy equipment.
This position is accountable for the activities of project planning, development and implementation, and the establishment of policies and procedures pertaining to Health Services. Also provides research and support to the Chief Medical Officer on a variety of issues.
